What TRACEA does
- Documentary organization of case files with a unified timeline.
- Structured relationship between facts, communications, incidents, and linked evidence.
- Traceability of probatory events and documentary custody chain from registration.
- Export of probatory packages (PDF, ZIP) with manifest and post-hoc verification data.
- Documentary preservation priority for evidence and judicial exports in the technical retention registry.
What TRACEA does not do
- It does not certify facts or truthfulness of external content before incorporation.
- It does not declare legal breaches; it generates documentary technical observations in compliance.
- It does not replace professional analysis by lawyers, experts, or mediators.
- It does not issue legal conclusions or court-equivalent rulings.
Integrity and verification
SHA-256 hash is computed on the server when content is registered. It demonstrates consistency from registration in TRACEA; it does not prove original authenticity of WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other external sources.
Probatory ZIP files include manifest, hashes, and verification files designed for offline later review.
Documentary compliance
The compliance engine compares agreement rules with recorded facts and produces technical statuses (e.g. CONSISTENT_WITH_EVIDENCE, AMBIGUOUS_MATCH, INSUFFICIENT_DATA).
These observations are documentary support for professional review; they do not constitute breach rulings.
Probatory preservation
The product prioritizes preservation of evidence, custody, and judicial exports over automatic deletion.
The definitive public retention policy is PENDING DEFINITIVE POLICY; see internal audit and unpublished draft not closed as final policy.
Future modalities (subject to availability)
TRACEA may incorporate, in certain modalities and subject to applicable law, call recording, transcription, and expanded documentary communication logging.
These capabilities are not available in code deployed as of this version. If a user uploads a recording as a file, it is treated as user-provided documentation with hash and integrity from upload.
